In the ever-evolving realm of high tech, Barry Toser’s career has encompassed a combination of innovation, impact, and leadership. From the early days of telecom at Sprint and Cable & Wireless, Barry’s journey spans large industry providers to early-stage startups where he has had multiple successful exits. In each stop, he has consistently driven results that have led to success, while establishing a solid industry reputation.
In his current role, Barry is the Founder and President of TNT Advisory Group, where he serves as a fractional executive or consultant to develop growth strategies for early-stage and established companies. These programs include sales strategies, business development initiatives, partnership opportunities, and investor outreach for startups.

Prior to TNT, Barry co-founded and led Declaration Networks Group, a broadband services provider, to make the prestigious Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years. While at TNS, a NYSE firm, he executed a remarkable turnaround by tripling revenue and breathing new life into a division that had languished. Scaling is one of Barry’s talents as he twice guided early-stage companies, with revenues for each under $10 million, to grow to over $100 million in less than two years.

As the President and CEO of an early-stage mobile payments venture, Mobilians, Barry charted a course of innovation and vision in this sector. And while at Giesecke & Devrient, a $2 billion multinational firm, Barry directed the company’s global IoT division, focusing on connected devices, data streams and transformative solutions.

In addition, for 18 years, Barry was the Co-founder and President of The HUB, a networking group of almost 5,000 members and participants. This organization forged new connections and ideas and became the top industry forum of its kind in the Washington, D.C. area.

Barry’s exceptional skills and expertise have enabled him to deliver measurable results across multiple companies, firmly establishing him as a respected business leader.
