Bob launched the ICAP program and continued to be the program’s lead instructor.  Bob left GMU for GW in January 2020 and now serves as part of the management team at the DC I-Corps Node. Additionally, he will continue developing GWOIE’s International Lean Startup Education program. Both programs build off the work he did at ICAP in Virginia, building programs that support regional innovation ecosystem development while fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
